I’m Keegan Walton, a Tucson-based personal technology consultant and the owner of Tech Concierge by OnGrid.

Why I built this

I have always been the person friends, family, and customers call when technology is confusing, unreliable, or simply taking too much time. Sometimes the answer is a better device. Often it is a clearer explanation, a better plan, or someone willing to handle the whole task.

After years working in wireless and building OnGrid smart-home systems, I realized most people do not need more technology. They need someone who will understand their needs, give them a straight answer, and turn that answer into action.

What working with me feels like

Personal recommendations, patient guidance, hands-on support, and follow-through. No confusing tech talk. No pressure to buy something you do not need. Your tech person should know your name, not just the device you are calling about.
