During checkout you'll provide your WiFi network name (SSID) and password. We program it in before shipping, then wipe our records. We never retain your credentials.
Google Home. It's free, works on iPhone and Android, and your whole system will already be there when you log in — rooms named, devices grouped, automations set up.
Yes. You can order additional devices from our store at any time and they'll arrive pre-configured for your existing setup. OnGrid Care subscribers get 5% off, Care+ gets 10%.
Contact us. We'll troubleshoot with you, and if needed, replace the device. Every OnGrid order is eligible for 30-day returns if it doesn’t plug in and work. OnGrid Care subscribers get priority response and annual replacements.
