Your WiFi credentials are used only to configure your devices before shipping. They're stored securely through your Google Nest Hub and handled by OnGrid staff only — never shared or retained longer than needed.
Yes — a free Google account is required to use Google Home. You'll provide it during checkout. It's the same account you use for Gmail or Google Maps.
If you have a standard WiFi router and internet connection, it will work. Compatible with 2.4GHz and 5GHz networks.
We provide support after delivery. Most issues resolve remotely. Your OnGrid Care plan covers hardware support and replacements.
