This Privacy Policy describes how OnGrid ("OnGrid," "we," "us," or "our"), operated by OnGrid Smart Solutions LLC, collects, uses, and shares information when you visit or make a purchase from ongridsmart.com (the "Site"), book a service, or otherwise communicate with us (collectively, the "Services").

OnGrid (OnGrid Smart Solutions LLC) offers appointment scheduling and confirmation text messages to customers who provide their mobile number and consent during a phone call or at checkout. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for assistance.

No mobile information — including phone numbers, opt-in data, or SMS consent — is shared with, sold to, or otherwise provided to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information may only be shared with service providers strictly to deliver the messaging program (e.g., our SMS platform), and those providers are prohibited from using it for their own marketing.

How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We share information only as follows:
