Does the smart home reset between guests?
The devices stay connected to your Google Home account, not the guest's. Guests control the home through the Nest Hub display or voice — nothing is transferred to them when they leave.
What if a guest breaks a device?
OnGrid Care covers 1 device replacement per year. Care+ covers 2. We ship a replacement directly to your property.
Do I need Wi-Fi at the property?
Yes — a standard home Wi-Fi connection is required. All devices connect to your existing network. We recommend a 2.4GHz or dual-band router.
Can I add devices to an existing kit later?
Absolutely. As a host partner you get 15% off add-ons too. Just email us and we'll ship them pre-configured to match your existing setup.
