Will it work with my existing Google Home setup?

Yes. We pre-link this device to the Google account you provide at checkout. If you already have a Google Home setup, it'll just appear as a new device when it arrives — already named and grouped.

What if my WiFi password changes?

If you change your WiFi name or password, the device will need reprogramming. Standard reprogramming starts at $60 and includes return shipping. OnGrid Care+ includes one free reprogramming per year.

How long until it ships?

We pre-configure and ship within 3 business days. You'll get tracking the moment it leaves our facility.

What if it doesn't work when it arrives?

Contact us. We'll troubleshoot with you and replace the device if needed. Every order is eligible for 30-day returns if it doesn't plug in and work. OnGrid Care subscribers get priority response and an annual replacement included.
