OnGrid Care — the standard plan

What's included:

  • 1 device replacement per year 
  • Remote support — we troubleshoot from Tucson - 
  • 5% off any future home additions 
  • Troubleshooting assistance whenever you need it.

Who it's for:

  • First-time smart home owners -
  • Anyone with a starter kit (4-8 devices) -
  • Customers who want backup without overpaying for it If something stops working — a bulb burns out early, a sensor fails, a plug stops responding — we replace it.

No fighting with manufacturer warranties. One email to us, and a replacement ships. 

 

OnGrid Care+ — the upgraded plan

What's included:

  • 2 device replacements per year (double the standard plan)
  • Remote support
  • 10% off any future home additions *(double the standard plan)* -
  • 1 free system reprogramming per year -
  • Priority troubleshooting assistance 

Who it's for:

  • Larger kits (10+ devices) 
  • Customers who plan to expand their home over time
  • Anyone who wants priority support response
  • Households where the smart home is doing real daily work

 

The big differences here are the second replacement (covers more accidents and failures), the higher discount on additions (matters as you grow your kit), and priority support (faster response times when something needs attention)

 

The "system reprogramming" benefit (Care+ only):

This is the one most people don't ask about until they need it. Once a year, with Care+, we'll reprogram your entire smart home from scratch. New routines, new device assignments, new automations — whatever you want, however you want it.
